We only count users whose identities are managed through Adcyma. So if your company has 3,000 employees but you only manage 300 through our platform, you pay for 300. Simple as that.
ILM (Identity Lifecycle Management) handles the day-to-day: provisioning accounts, managing groups, running workflows when people join, move, or leave. IGA (Identity Governance) adds access requests, approval workflows, and periodic access reviews on top of that. Most teams start with ILM and add IGA when they need formal governance.
Annual plans include a 10% buffer — so if you're on a plan for 100 users, you can go up to 110 without extra charges until your next billing cycle. If you grow beyond that, we'll adjust billing the following month. No surprise charges or service interruptions.
Yes. Cancel whenever you want and we stop charging you when your current billing period ends. No cancellation fees, no exit interviews, no hoops to jump through.
You can add IGA at any time — it gets prorated for the rest of your billing period. If you want to remove it, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
We accept credit cards and also offer invoicing for annual plans.
The free plan includes ILM — it's just capped at 25 managed users. Once you need more than that, you pick your modules and pay per user.
